We are Claudia and Karl-Heinz Bauer and have been renting private accommodations in Stuttgart and the surrounding area for over 20 years.
What started as a small room rental is now a portfolio of 6 well-maintained accommodations at various locations. Our goal: Every guest should feel at home.

How can I book an accommodation?
You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss all the details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For longer stays or during peak season, an earlier inquiry may be advisable. Short-notice bookings are possible subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (before arrival) and cash payment (upon arrival). PayPal is also available upon request. A deposit of 30% is due upon booking confirmation.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes! For weekly bookings you receive 10% discount, for monthly bookings even 20% off the nightly rate. Feel free to ask us about individual conditions for longer stays.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. Different times can be arranged by agreement and availability.
